Additional charges after purchase

I received an additional charge of a few dollars after receiving my order. I called your company and was told it wasn't an additional charge, but it was. I called my bank to verify, and they stated it absolutely was from your company that I had my original charge from. It was obvious to me as well, or I wouldn't have had to call your company and my bank. Kind of a turn off for my first purchase from this company.
