Product overall is good, only issue is the "sludge" left at the bottom of the cup, but I've had the same issue with another ceremonial cacao brand also, maybe it's because i use water and not milk and i don't do the pot and stove top method, i just use a plug-in kettle to heat the water.

I was very skeptical to try this. I would drink 2-3 Red bulls a day and a coffee after work daily. This cacao not only tastes amazing, but it legitimately keeps me awake during the day with zero jitters like coffee. It has only been a few days with this, but it will now be my go to in the morning.

Instant cacao powder s easy to use but I still love the cacao shanks .
