Dear Ascot & Hart First of all where did y’all get the name from and/or what does it mean? People ask me all thee time. Ok! Jen, I’m not sure if you remember me but back in about late 2013 my girlfriend at the time (Amanda) was a huge fan of y’all’s brand. She was always shopping for your hats and clothes, and we sort of became lifelong fans from that point on. Over the last decade, I’ve collected a few hats myself, I think I have around a dozen now, with a few new ones that arrived today. 🙌🏼 But more than just the apparel, I wanted to finally say thank you for a kindness you showed us back in 2013. When we were living in Dallas, I had messaged Jen about a crazy idea of maybe meeting us out for lunch since Amanda’s birthday was coming up, she was super prego and we were about to move out of state. Even though Jen couldn’t meet us in person, which is understandable, she kindly offered to send a birthday card to Amanda and she truly followed through. That gesture meant the world to us, and it’s one of the reasons we’ve stayed such loyal fans ever since. Loved the hat, had to return it due to it being too large on my head. Thought it was a women’s size hat. Company was very understanding of that and allowed me to return it. Wish there were hats on the smaller side for women.
