The customer service team was great at responding to my questions! I had reached out a few weeks before I ordered and asked when the bag would be back in stock. They responded quickly with a date. When the bag was back in stock, I placed an order and the same team member reached out to me to confirm my address and I believe they expedited the order - it was delivered within a day! My favourite bag in ballistic nylon. I've been using one daily for almost 20 years.There only improvement would be a small lifting loop on the top by the back pocket
