Took over a month and a 1/2 to get my order every time I dealt with customer service. It was an automated message. No personal emails or tracking or information. I tried canceling my order. And that didn't work as well. I was stuck waiting for something to come in and paying for something that at this point I did not want.

Watch is really cool. Unfortunately it wont link to my Phone, upon a little research ot appears the apps used to facilitate the commection is broken and doesnt allow for a connection to be made. It also just turns of through out the day after freezing loosing and daily info i may have logged. Cool and cool functions but work fully or correctly.

bought the screen protector and they sent the wrong size , showed them and did nothing . Second picture my watch band broke after 2 weeks again sent them the pictures and still did nothing about it . I don't recommend this company for anyone to purchase from anything from Alpha Gear.
