Delta Series 2 Smartwatch

I made my purchase (over $200) on July 15th, today is July 29th and i still have not received my order. I have sent about 6-8 emails in regards to this and not once has anyone reached out or replied to any of my emails. I have asked for some kind of update, I have asked for a full refund and I have asked for my items to be overnight shipped to me and still no reply at all. Then once I send my emails, i get an automated email back that states “Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service” yet I have not received any service whatsoever. This is absolutely ridiculous and probably some of the worst service thru any company I have bought from online. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do better!

I am a big fan of the watches. I have 4, but I have never needed customer service like this time. The Delta 2 Pro watch comes with a new app. Not sure why they didn't stick with Fitcloud. New app is terrible and made my phone unusable because of the bugs. Customer service was sent 4 emails and still no response. Last watch I buy from them and will tell everyone who will listen, BEWARE if you have issues with your watch. Get TONS of sales emails, just NO customer service. Buy at your own risk. Watches are great until you have a question or problem.

Love it! Only thing I’d recommend is to start using UPS for shipping. Package sat at USPS site forever awaiting acceptance
