Ariel Heather Pink Mix Hoodie

It was a gift (X Mas) present that was to ship on 12/19 but did not ship until 12/23. It ended up being the wrong size for the person getting it. and I needed a different size. I emailed to find out how to exchange and it took several days and a second prompt from me to get the information. I have returned it and I am sure it was received but have not heard anything back on a credit. I have ordered the correct size and hope she likes it.
