Lock is great, mounting plate and grub screws rubbush

This is a great lock, love the improved styling in performance, plus the night lock feature and others introduced for this version (lock ultra) the new mounting plate to fix lock to door, Improved with nice new simple mechanism to secure lock to plate without grub screws! Massive improvement. BUT the grub screws to fix the mounting plate to my Yale Lock I’d RUBBISH!!! if I tighten it(which is VERY HARD to do with small Allen keys, it ends up gripping the hexagonal adapter fitted to my lock mechanism instead of the lock housing. I have no way to secure it tightly!!! it still works perfectly though as there is also a new plate to mount on the door surface itself to stop the ultra lock moving too much. It is wobbly though and whilst working perfectly leaves the final install not as tight as I’d like. It gives the impression of a cheap solution, which it isn’t. Anyway overall a great upgrade and I’m pleased with it, just a shame the install Plate issues let it down

Took some tinkering only because my lock was protruding. Once installed the product is amazing. Now I got my Tesla I no longer have to carry keys with me. Highly recommend the lock
