this is a vast marked improvement over the yeti cooler divider situation. This makes the freezing cooling blocks far more efficient and divide the cooler into 2/2 one you can make dry the other you can make it wet with ice closer to the drain plug. you freeze it for more than 24 hours it actually will freeze the ice that you stacking on top of it on the side.
