So far I love it it's a little big machine but it gets the job done and then engraves really good you just got to get the settings right I would say most of my projects have just trial and error and maybe have to run them twice to get it a little darker but everything's coming out really good so far and I like the machine have not had no issues with it everything seems like it's working fine the fume extractor is not that good I had to put the whole box outside and order a longer a hose when I did that I do not smell nothing everything's working good now because it was really strong when the filtration system was in the house so my recommendation is to order a longer hose if you're in a house with no garage or put it out the window somewhere with a blower

Kinda mixed. When it is running like it’s supposed to it works great. But every time I run a job and go to another job it has been disconnecting from the computer through the USB. Customer support said I had to buy another air pump through Amazon, but they would reimburse me. Apparently there’s a motherboard issue with the factory on board air pump being powered through the vision. Also, when I power it up after being in idle mode, it gets hung up and I have to use a screwdriver and raise the entire thing up on all four corners to clear it. Kind of disappointing after spending that much money.
