The process was extremely easy and quick. The patches that I ordered had some issues with the glue. I was not extremely happy with the way over a hand full of hats came out. I did order extra which was good but i did waste some hats doing so and these hats are not cheap. Some hats the glue would transfer to the hat perfectly but the patch would come right off with no glue on the patch. Over all it was ok
