The main issue is poor quality hardware. The bolts do not anchor to the HDPE material well, and eventually pull the material out, leaving a hole with nothing to fasten into. Leading to loose wobbly furniture. I reached out to the customer service for replacemnet parts related to the issues I was having and sent them pictures of the issues. They were responsive and sent me replacment parts. However when those parts arrived, it was for a different part and wrong color for an unrelated piece of furniture. Unfortunately that doesnt help me with the $659.99 table & chair set I got. For the money I spent, I am not happy. Ive had issues with: table leg: bolt holes not drilled in properly so I could not fasten the table leg completely which leads to wobbles chairs: the back of the chair is held by (2) bolts that rely on the bolt threads anchoring into the HDPE material. The HDPE material stripped out in the first 24 hours and the chairs do not have proper support for the back (loose back)

I love my new table and chairs. My SIL put them together for me in about three hours. (Thank goodness for an allen bit for his drill!). Now i can entertain on my deck!

I ordered the light brown color and what i received is the coffee color and customer service is trying to tell me its the light brown. Im posting photos of what i received and the light brown ans coffee colors on there webstite. Disappointed!
