Yamaha Max Trim Kit

Installed the Yamaha trim kit was actually very easy to do especially following the install video provided. Only thing I struggled with. There was a locating dowel pin. between the jet pump and the nozzle and the trim kit didn’t allow for the dowel pin so had to modify it to fit. But all in all, happy with the kit and the install was fairly easy! Can’t wait to get it on the water and try it out

I love the TrimX upgrade! Installation was straightforward and surprisingly simple. The only issue I ran into was some porpoising from the increased trim angle. I ended up adding a RIVA Racing ride plate, which completely fixed the problem. Once that was sorted out, I could run my ’26 FX Cruiser flat out with the TrimX cranked up and throw an absolutely massive rooster tail behind the ski. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the upgrade. It adds a lot of fun to the FX and was definitely worth it!

The installation process was very easy and my kids have had a lot more fun with the ski. I will be purchasing another one for are supercharged ski.
