I have forever been a Daiwa Steez rod guy, but after having issues with AGS guides I started looking around. I had picked up a 76er and loved it, with the title of that rod being backbone of the tac mag and the tip of the wrench. So I decided to buy a wrench and man am I glad I did. I ended up selling all my Steez rods and picked up two more wrenches. This rod can truly do it all. Weightless wacky, check. Weightless Senko texas rigged, check. Finesse jig, check. Tube, check. Free rig, check. Heavy drop shot, check. Any given trip I have all my wrenches on the deck with any of these applications tied on. Light, sensitive, rugged and versatile. And a pretty damn good looking rod to boot. Absolutely LOVE the American Tackle reel seat. Wish AA would make all spinning rods with this reel seat (hint hint, on the LiteSaabre). You will not find a better spinning rod than the wrench.
