Like the open plan kitchen/living area and second bedroom/potential office space. Overall size of living quarters good for downsizing without being too small. Great Customer Service
I ordered the Joplin study plan. There was a mix-up, and I didn't receive it. I contacted the company and both Charlie and Wendy reached out to me and immediately fixed the problem. Charlie sent the download and is mailing me three hard copies of the study plan. I am very pleased with the response of the company and hope to purchase a plan from them in the future. I really like this plan. We are thinking about building it as a getaway on family land.
