NEPTUNE NAMI SLIDE (Blue)

First off, I will say that I love the auracles…when I get them…I ordered these on September 25th and as I’m writing this it is currently October 12th…put that into perspective. They have not moved from La Puente,CA since they were dropped off at FedEx Smartpost on approximately October 2nd. Worst shipping ever. You get charged $112 prior to getting shipped out so it’s really a gamble if you will actually get your slides. Until the auracles improves their shipping methods, I will not be purchasing any more from them. You get ripped off.

Slide arrived. Great product. These were a gift for my niece. They are so nice I ordered a pair for myself.

customer service is horrible. they do not respond to emails. shipping from US to US took over 3 weeks! packages from China arrive faster. in addition, this is my 2nd pair of nami slides but these seem to fit differently. learned all sales are final after purchase and will not be buying from them again.
