I have been ordering your product for about two years or so, I think. I have really enjoyed consuming your ceremonial cacao. Although, recently when I have ordered it. I have noticed that the consistency, or depth of the chocolate seemed to be of a much lighter shade, than of this previous, let say, last four or five orders. And the texture, and taste were different. I like the darker, thicker, and I am not sure how to describe the taste. But it is less sweet, and more raw in nature. I usually mix it with a small amount of coconut milk, and turn it into a paste like substance. That I scoop out and put in my morning coffee. I really do think it has helped me have more energy. But I don't have any clinical data to substantiate this claim. But overall, I am a very satisfied customer!
