Xbox 360 After Glow Controller

came incomplete (missing the break away cable that plugs into the 360 front USB ports) reached out to customer service, they said on Monday they would send out the missing cable "quickly" its been a weekend and now 4 business days, still no word on the thing that should have been fixed immediately, and sent out the next day, via priority mail...but here we are, me having paid for a controller that I can't use and emails from customer service telling ME to be understanding and patient. Just a great lesson in how NOT to do business
