I purchased a MommyYassmin product as an Eid gift for my 6-year-old, who was incredibly excited to receive it. Unfortunately, the product did not work as intended, which was very disappointing—especially given the meaning behind the gift. When I reached out for support, I was asked to take the toy apart and send videos showing the issue. For most busy families, that’s simply not practical. I was expecting a straightforward solution: a working product or an easy exchange process. In the end, my child kept the toy for the plush itself, but the prayer feature— which was the entire reason for the purchase—never worked. That part was genuinely disheartening. I hope the company can improve both product reliability and the ease of their customer support process.

Not the best

I bought the cat and the dinosaur for my children for Eid, however the remote control buttons do not work and for the price you pay I expected better. It's disappointing and I would have thought there would be buttons on the product itself without the use of a remote like other similar products. Disappointed

Arrived as described and in a timely fashion. A very cute gift to present to a loved one. Especially loved the gift bag with the greeting stickers. That was an extra bonus ;)
