Great quality and great looking chip!!! Customer service was very nice. I had mailed this 5 year chip to a friend of mine and the chip broke through the envelope before the intended recipient got it so he got a card and no chip. I contacted customer service and they gave me a one time discount for another chip…this time I had it sent directly from them to the recipient so it would be in one of their reinforced envelopes and the recipient was pleasantly surprised by a brand new well designed sparkly 5 year chip. The company and the chips are wonderful 👍🏻

The medallion was exceptional. Beautiful and great for the beach surfer even if we’re older. My girlfriend with 45 years, loved it so much. She likes the regular numbers instead of the Roman numeral. Even though you could order it either way. Such ease and ordering and having shipped to a different address.

I mailed. the 5 year wave chip to my friend and when he got the envelope the chip was missing….he said there was an opening in the corner 🙁. Is it possible to buy another 5 year wave chip at a discounted price? Maybe mail it directly to him? I’m so bummed ☹️
