ROBUST STEEL MAX (EZ-LIFT)

Love the chair. However, I also purchased the Adjustable back rest and the tool tray all at the same time/order. None of them shipped together and I have yet to get the Adjustable back rest. I cannot understand why when you add the adjustable back rest to your order there isn’t an option to replace the original back rest with it. When it does show up I am not going to know what to do with the original new one. Seems wasteful and added expense.

Love the chair. It's incredibly well built, sturdy, moves smoothly, functions well in all aspects. My only criticism is the amount of assembly. Assembly was not complicated and didn't take all that much time but for a $700 chair, a little more pre-assembly in factory might be a nice gesture to the consumer. You are also assuming everyone has socket and crescent wrench sets in the 3 or 4 dimensions you need for assembly. I did but not everyone will.

I’m glad I bought it. While I was putting it together on the tailgate of my truck, I was thinking that it must’ve been engineered by a German. You know, 12 bolts where 2 would do, LOL ! But I realize that you do that to make it sturdy. Thanks for a great product! Owen
