ROBUST STEEL MAX (EZ-LIFT)

Really love the chair!! One thing aggravating about the experience though - I received the chair on Thursday and didn't receive the Big Boy add-on til Monday. I wanted to use the chair, so I assembled it right away on Friday. Then when I received and went to put the Big Boy on, I basically had to take the entire EZLtift seat area back apart and reassemble it. That was aggravating. My guess is that you probably shipped the two boxes together, but FedEx didn't deliver them together? I have had MANY VERY BAD EXPERIENCES with Fed Ex. As a matter of fact, if I had know that you used Fed Ex, I would have purchased the chair through Amazon instead of direct from you, simply to avoid FedEx. Just thought I would vent a little and let you know how your service provider (FedEx) performs and is perceived by customers, like me. Again, I love the chair, very high quality, the rollers are awesome for the concrete floor of my woodworking shop. No more falling out of my chair when I hit a small piece of wood on the floor, just roll right over it. Sincerely, Martin

Absolutely top quality!! Assembly was very simple, instructions were very easy to understand. Rolls over everything, the 5 casters make it very stable. The thick padding on the seat and the backrest make it very comfortable even when sitting for extended periods of time. 100% worth the price.

Quality is obvious when taken out of the box. Easy to assemble. Once all the bolts and nuts are tight, it's like having a miniature heavy duty dozer under your gluteus maximus easily gliding across any direction of garage floor. Expensive but as they say you get what you pay for.
