The Mallorca - Sunset Mini Dress

Trying you wouldn't let me exchange a small bathing suite bottom with the plastic shield and tags still on. I still don't knw why it wasn't returnable. I will likely stop shopping with you if i can't return a size when it is to small. Your website is awful.

Great resort attire and even better customer service!

Bought this dress for my wife and the matching shirt for me. The fabric is soft and very comfortable, plus it looks great--we're excited to take these on our next Caribbean vacation! I originally purchased the dress in XS but it was a little too tight, so we exchanged it for a S (fits like a glove!) I was very impressed with KF's customer service and how easy/fast it was to execute the exchange! Will be purchasing more items soon!

Strap Issue

The straps are too wide. They will not stay on your shoulders. Also, the dress I received has uneven straps. One side is out about an inch further than the other side making the strap issue even more of a problem. Customer service suggested that I try a smaller size. We will see. The fabric is very light. Feels like wearing nothing. Hopefully a smaller size corrects the issue.
