Great comprehensive template at an affordable cost

Setting up my new LLC in California with an online provider, I was offered an Operating Agreement (OA) in the package I selected. Given the fact that the OA can be very important in the future, I decided to buy this LLC OA template online. Going though it, it is very easy to see it’s much more comprehensive than the template in the package (it covers more cases that could arise in the future). Between “free/packaged” OA templates and the services of a lawyer, it is an amazing compromise and value for the moment. As I grow my business, it is important for me to feel confident about the "operating foundations" on which it is built.
