Definitely Truffle

Our first Flamingo Estate olive oil. We are enjoying the Tuscan White Truffle and the California Harvest EVOO were on our table tonight. The truffle was front and center in the Tuscan - no doubt what we were enjoying. The slight bite on the backend was a surprise but not off putting. The California Harvest will be my favorite for its versatility - in cooking or at the table. Just beginning to experiment.

This white truffle oil is a wonderful addition to my pantry. The deep earthy scrumptious flavor is a pleasure to pour on just about everything. Not too strong, but a little goes a long way with a smooth flavoring. Thank you!
