Noise one

Hi. I bought 4 of this , 2 in amazon and 2 direct in your page. All 3 first ones very good but the last one it feels like the screw thread in the main part of the case , it feels like loose a little bit and it always make noise when closing and opening. like a high peak noise.

Not what I expected; unhappy with the product

I can't tell this is stainless steel; it doesn't look like it, it doesn't indicate it is stainless steel on the product itself or in the packaging in which it came. I have not used it, because it looks to me like aluminum, which is not safe and which I didn't want, which is why I looked online for stainless steel and ordered from your site in the first place.
