Not true to size

I ordered a size 29, my usual size in Rock Rival, and they were not even close to fitting lol. The other pair of jeans I ordered were perfect, but not this one. The first time I had to exchange jeans, for two sizes bigger hopefully they fit. But yeah! They run wayyy too small.
