The Crystal Tote

Paid $60 but this is really a $20 bag at best. I can’t imagine that they paid more than five dollars to make one of these. The hardware is cheap and theres little effort on the customer receiving experience. They ship it in cheap a dust cover, and it has a little bit of bubble erap inside but in spite of that it comes in an Amazon shirt bag, it’s totally smashed up from shipping. I’m hoping I can restore the shape with a blow dryer without damaging it.

The company must have listened to other feedback about shipping as my bag came in a fabric bag to protect it from scratches but also properly stuffed so that it retained its shape. The hardware color I purchased is what I received. Highly recommend wrapping one of the handles with a twilly. Super cute, super versatile bag. If you are looking for something that is sports venue compliant but very stylish, look no further!
