I love these halters for outdoor use; they’re durable and look great. I ordered last year and eventually received them despite delays. However, a friend’s order is still pending after over a year. I got quick replies after reaching out and placed a new order to ensure she received hers, which they combined with the old one. Unfortunately, I had to pay tariffs this time, and the response about “Trump’s tariffs” was inappropriate. Due to this, I won’t order from this company again.
