Customer service is absolutely shocking asked for a refund as the cubes didn’t work for me and I had been on them for over a month so when my next order came and asked for refund only for them to say no and to keep taking them I said no and I’m just wanting a refund they said fine they will be taking 20 pound out of money for shipping even though I paid for shipping and it states that guarantee full refund within the 30 days so if your buying these and wanting a refund I wouldn’t bother as they don’t work and you won’t get your money back anyways

Their website lies about where they are shipping from. You tell them you want to return the product for a full refund because you’re not happy with the customer service. They pressure you to try and then if you’re still not satisfied, they will give you a full refund. But after you tell them that you have tried it they tell you that you cannot return it and they cannot give you a refund. This company is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money.

Scammers. Without the customer's knowledge, they set up an automatic subscription and deduct money from your account every month. When asked to cancel the subscription and stop sending useless products, they start selling even more unnecessary items and fail to resolve the issue.
