Very prompt customer service. For a 10" rough there's really not many if any smart toilet options. This unit looks great and has a lot of features at a price far below similar toilets.

I bought this toilet back in July/August of this year. I’ve noticed that the heated seat often turns off for no reason. The electrical setup is fine, but it still shuts off by itself. Increasingly I’m noticing that the seat is never warm when I come to the toilet, even if I use it a few times a day. I’m contrast to any of the 3 other smart toilets from Woodbridge that we have, that do not have any similar problems. I’ve followed Horow instructions to disable the energy saving mode ensuring that the 5th light is off when the deodorizer button is pressed for 3 seconds. Despite this, when I checked on the toilet today the seat display showed 97F but the seat was cold to touch. When I pressed the “seat temp” button it showed only one light , and had to be pressed again to light the 3 that normally indicates 97F. Not sure what to do about this issue. Extremely disappointed

Bathroom Renovation Bidet Toilet

This is a great toilet for our new bathroom. We live in NYC and renovated out bathroom that has a small rough size of only 10 inches. We always wanted a toilet with a bidet and this one was a perfect fit. The toilet is extremely convenient with a toilet seat that opens automatically when you are next to it and a very stylish design. The cost of this bidet toilet is much more reasonable than others we had found online and has all the functions we could possibly want.
