Communication was great! I was excited to learn that the 1201 was able to use the hoop Tech fast frames and Michelle had them…So I ordered mine, but the demand was so high, that she wanted to be sure I was good with the them being shipped later than anticipated because they had sold out. I’m glad she was checking in to confirm. That is top notch customer service. I finally received mine and now, I just need to put them into my machine and use them.
