The cutest spring/ summer dress

Absolutely LOVE this adorable dress. So fun and so different. I love the ruffles and the contrasting belt. The boutique is awesome. I emailed to ask for the measurements and they got back to me immediately. Tons of follow up and fast shipping. For sizing. I am 125lbs but 36D. The small fit great. Love it!
