Soothing Balm

I highly recommend this balm. Life-saving for my son’s eczema!

My toddler has had eczema off and on since he was an infant. Back in March, he was given antibiotics for an ear infection (terrible idea), which caused a horrible eczema flare on the back of his knees. Here it is already October and we are still fighting the eczema battle. He’s got an oat intolerance, so the usual eczema products make it worse. It doesn’t help that Texas is so hot and he keeps scratching. I’ve tried the popular choices like Tubby Todd AOE, plain tallow, CeraVe baby, Pipette, and more with no major improvement. I searched around for something tallow-based to try and came across this Holy Naturals soothing balm. I was a little nervous about the texture at first as it seems a bit grainy (probably the beeswax), but it melts into the skin quickly. We’ve been using it several times a day for the last few days and we’re already seeing some improvement. No signs of allergy or irritation, and he doesn’t cry that it burns like he did with other lotions. I’m so happy I found it!

This is a nice tallow but I do wish arrowroot powder was added !
