These Total Flex Lennon readers fit very well, with great comfort from the lightweight flexable &soft frames. The single aspect I ask for improvement is to have a bit of traction surface behind the ear to reduce slippage when focusing directly down for periods of time. All said, great glasses. Thank you

Fit much tighter than previous 5 pairs. Flaw?

I reached out to customer service weeks ago and included pics of newest purchase showing how much narrower the space between arms were and saying they were pinching my head and causing nerve pain. Got ZERO response. You've lost a longtime customer.
