Plastic Well made for what it is
Plastic feels ok, very loud if that’s what your looking for, only complaint I paid $38, it’s worth about $15-$20, would not recommend for children, item has several ball bearings

Very satisfying to use although when using sometimes it will come apart and the little ball bearings will go everywhere.
