Oakworks Portal Pro Carry Case only

It fits; no allowance for using wheels while covered

Since the Oakworks Portal Pro has wheels, I expected that an intelligent design for the carry case would include a way to unzip the bottom to expose the wheels to be employed while the chair is covered. No such luck. It has to be carried when covered, and the chair is not dainty. I've just received the case and have had no opportunity to evaluate the durability of its material or zipper. They seem to be of middling strength.
