Little delight

I am quite pleased with my little puddle stone. I did order a short stake to hold it and it fits perfectly and looks wonderful. Best of all, the birds love it! Took less than 1 day for them to find and begin to use it. It doesn't hold a lot of water so if we have a dry spell, I fill it (@ 2 cups of water) daily. But this insures the water is fresh every day. Yes, I'll likely be getting another for the front yard to keep my flying friends happy.

The first puddle stone was heavily veined and I asked to exchange it. They sent me a shipping label without question to be sure I was happy with the heirloom stone I purchased for our birds. This reminds me of my time in New Hapshire, where people are friendly and kind to each other. Nice doing business this way!

I gave this stone bird bath to my husband for Father's Day, and it is stunning. It fits in beautifully in our garden - very natural, yet elegant.
