Such a high quality item. Its beautiful and well designed. The lower rating is a result of shipping time (item shipped over a month after the label was created) and lack of communication/response to inquiries on status/delays.

Missing the tracker card that is supposed to be included. Reached out twice over the past 4-5 days with no response. As usual, really like the products but customer service after a purchase and there is an issue really needs to be improved.

I love it and when I get confused on how to use the intentionally rich budget binder I can always go look at the videos and it’s explained perfectly and i can’t wait to get the new drop coming soon
