Quality product bloody awful service and delivery

The shoes were too small. I returned them as per the web site instructions only to have them sent back to me with any information on why this had happened. Contacted customer services and they could not explain why this had happened. Tried offering further discount to keep the shoes!!!! Which DONT’T FIT. Finally agreed to refund but I have to return them to an address in AUSTRIA …. So please be aware. I have yet to find out the cost of the package to Austria. I have already paid £6 to return it to the Uk address. Will not be buying from this company again.
