7” Fillet Knife – Flexible Precision for Fish & Meat

Great for slicing boneless meats into cutlets. Chicken, Beef, Pork. Have not used on fish. the blade is beautiful. The knife is well made nice to hold in your hand.

Been cooking for 60 years and have accumulated around 40 knives.But I think the Cutluxe filet is a top of the line.If you need a filet do this one.It's nice and flexible and sharp(I hate dull knives).Just got a 12" Brisket slicer.haven't got to use it yet but I let you know.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I use it mostly to Fillet fish. I love the weight of the knife and craftsmanship also.
