Winter Skin Duo

It took a while for me to receive my order (3 weeks) and after contacting Customer service, for not receiving any information about my order after a week and a half after ordering, it took them an extra week to contact me and tell me my order was on the way, the same day they shipped the products. Upon receiving my order, they failed to send me the correct products. I ordered the winter skin duo with an extra barrier cream, and instead they sent me three barrier creams and no serum. Luckily i love the barrier cream so decided to just stay with the creams and not return the items. I didn’t want to have to go through another long period of contacting them, and returning the items, but it’ll probably be the last time i order from their direct website.
