Fullfillment issues…

Just wanted to start with the positive, the plush itself is very cute and soft and the weight is very comfortable. Beyond that I’ve unfortunately ran into a few fullfillment issues. First order I made, I made sure to choose Tyudeongi but when it checked out somehow it switched to JJonggrami which was strange because I never refreshed the page and made sure to check multiple times for that one. Okay no big deal I order another one. This one failed to ship for multiple days and then I recieve an email that says I should have recieved it with ”Free bag”. I reach out to support and they said that the label got overlooked okay no big deal again right, Disappointing that it took so long for my gift to arrive but they mentioned they would include extra freebies. When it comes, no free bag, no freebie… it’s the whole principle of it, I don’t mind not having anything but then don’t promise it or include it in the review request email, it causes unnecessary expectation that could be avoided if it was never stated to begin with.
