Customer service is good. Product easy to assemble. Materials seem to be high quality Instructions written by AI or someone who does not speak english. Could & Should be much better. Has yet to get to advertised temp of 149 degrees Highest temp reached 141 degrees Consistently around 136 degrees. It is enough to get a serious sweat going. When I inquired about failing to get to the advertised temp I was told that it is likely the fault of my outlet and I needed an electrician. I do not remember seeing that as a possibility anywhere in the item description on the website. Bottom line - even with the issues I am happy with the purchase. If it is still working well in a year I will update to 5 stars.

Very happy with this sauna purchase! Easy to put together (had it done by myself in 30 min), portable, and heats quickly! Can be used indoor or outdoor and can be moved easily. Highly recommend!

The best Christmas present ever!

Our entire family loves the new sauna! The tent material is strong and well made. The panels heat up quickly and we especially love the foot pad. We have ours on our back deck so it's nice going from the cool weather into a warm sauna. I have immediately notice my skin looks better and I am sleeping better!
