Carolina Ice Highway Shorts

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Heelstate. I received my long shorts with an uneven, visibly inconsistent cut, which is clearly a quality-control issue. I reached out to the brand expecting a reasonable solution, but was told that I would have to pay out of pocket to ship the defective item back to them before they would fix it and send it back. I don’t think customers should have to pay return shipping for an item that arrived incorrectly made in the first place. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question both the quality control and customer service of the brand. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering, especially if you expect the company to take responsibility when something goes wrong.
