Great on chicken

I bribed a 4 1/2lb chicken for about 10 hours , dried it and rubbed it with the same stuff, smoked it over Apple wood and spritzed with apple juice . One of the best chickens I’ve ever made. Definitely suggest to anyone to use this.

did chicken breast with the curry and could not be happier with the results. Lots of flavor and tender and juicy. cant wait to try the other brine's.

This is very good brine. It penetrates the meat very well. This flavor reminds me of a thanksgiving ham. I would recommend this brine
