Amazing Taste

This was my first time brining. I usually just rub seasoning on our turkey and fry. Doing that always left the skin wet. I used this brine and then fried the turkey and it was just amazing. It was so good I saved some of the juice and used in our stuffing/dressing. Highly recommend.
