Manicotti Bolognese

I've been enjoying the Manicotti Bolognese from Mortadella Head for a little over a month now, and honestly, it's because it's outstanding. This is comfort food done perfectly, rich, hearty, beautifully seasoned, and deeply satisfying without feeling heavy or overdone. The pasta is tender and perfectly filled with a delicious ricotta, and the Bolognese had that slow-cooked depth that makes you want to stop talking for a minute and just enjoy it. There’s something wonderfully old-school Italian-American about it, but elevated. It tastes generous. It tastes cared for. It tastes like the kind of dish someone makes because they want you to be happy. Mortadella Head absolutely nailed this one. I'll be ordering it again and again. I LOVE IT!

I almost didn't want to eat it since I loved having it in my freezer just in case! I know, crazy! I did finally give in, and it was delicious.

My husband I loved this!! Very delicious, even though it was $70, we had for 2 dinners, considering this works out to $35.00 a day, try going through McDonald's etc for a McDonalds meal for 2...same or higher in price will order again!!
