White Truffle Oil - 500ml/16.9oz

Great oil.

I first shopped here in 2003 and this oil was one of my first purchases. It is a wonderful finishing oil to add to just about anything, but on caprese it is sublime. I no longer work in Seattle and now purchase on-line. Packaging is great.

I cook primarily with truffle oil...this one is a winner

I love to cook, and I do not cook with butter (no dairy) in cooking so truffle oil is my go to for rich flavor. I have tried many truffles oils, and many, most, are not good or flavorful at all. We saw this particular truffle oil being used in our local favorite Italian restaurant and decided to try ourselves. This is our second order, proving it is a winner!
