Thankyou to all involved great advice, some things I learnt in simple terms were relationship relationship relationship, the 3 step program starting from step 1 calm brain stem, step 2 isthe Gold Validate their emotions from lymbistic system, children Do as you Do not as You say. If you don't listen to their emotions you just ignored them their world, reflect, mirror, ask.
Step 3 tell the child exactly what you want them to do be specific, remember quiet voice inside please. I would like you guys to play ball in the backyard please rather than inside the house.
