Future Leaders™ Learning Deck

I have been using the card deck with my 11-year old son. The content so far is very thought provoking and yet still fun and kid-friendly. We've found ourselves in some seriously deep conversations after following the prompts! Being introduced to leadership concepts at a young age seems more important than ever. Bonus: the cards themselves are really beautifully printed and boxed, so using them feels extra special.

We were so excited to receive the ‘Future Leaders’ toolkit to use them with our 5 and 12 year old. Let me start by saying the 4 categories are perfectly organized by content involving leaders in history, role play, effective communication, and critical thinking. Meaning, there’s a learning lesson in each deck and in turn, the creativity in the thought exercises make this integrative and fun! Each category truly has something for all age groups and we found each activity to be informative, challenging and especially very fun! The summaries of historical figures and the exercises following those summaries were really well thought out and age appropriate. This is truly an innovative way of teaching that gives a nice break from screen time. We can see this being very successful in the classroom setting as well as home.

The Future Leaders deck is a well-designed program for building confidence, communication, and leadership skills. The lessons are practical, and the exercises are fun. Both my 13 and 10 year olds enjoy the deck. Highly recommended.
