Mozi Wash Precision Stain Brush

I was really looking forward to receiving some samples with my order so I could try a few different scents. The advertisement I saw mentioned that sample packets were included with each purchase, but I didn’t receive any in my package. This was my first order with Mozi Wash, and unfortunately, my original order was lost in the mail. I had to reach out to customer service to get it replaced, and after the long wait, I was disappointed that there was no note or apology included for the inconvenience. As for the products, I found the Cozy Cashmere scent a bit too strong initially, and it fades rather quickly. The Vanilla Moon scent, on the other hand, is soft and lovely—but it also dissipates fast, and by the time I wore my clothes, I could barely smell it at all. I really wanted to love my first experience with Mozi Wash, but overall, I was a bit let down. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration for future customers.
